CrossFit is unlike any other workout you have tried. It takes the best of all sports and training systems and combines them into a single package. Our classes vary in content day to day, with the focus being on the WOD (workout of the day) which combine elements of cardio, weight lifting, gymnastics, core training and more to give you a well-rounded fitness session.

Having returned from Africa I went back to my old gym finding it just didn't challenge me the same. My friends had mentioned CrossFit and I decided to try it as I love a challenge. I loved it straight away.
I love the variation from Olympic weightlifting to gymnastics and the constant challenge and learning keeps me motivated.I'm also a marathon runner and I've improved on my minute mile, and feel much stronger!

Andrew Ridge
Owner & Head CoachAndy first found CrossFit whilst serving in the British Army. After completing his training he decided that Commando was the way to go and he went on to receive the prestigious Green Beret.
After returning home from a tour of Afghanistan, he decided to pursue a career in fitness, and in 2012 he opened CrossFit Fierce Spirit in Congleton. Andy is passionate about fitness, nutrition & coaching, and is meticulous when it comes to technique.
